7. LEGAL WARRANTY IN THE SALE OF VEHICLES (For when the sale is finalized)

In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, when the sale is made to a private consumer, all second-hand vehicles marketed by The Company have a minimum legal warranty of 1 year. This warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The specific conditions of said warranty will be detailed in the corresponding purchase-sale contract.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of this Website, The Company and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, except in those cases where legally provided otherwise (for example, if the User is a consumer, the court of their domicile shall be competent).
